Curvy Ventures Halloween Bash Covid Safety Protocols
As you all know we want to ensure a safe bash for everyone! Our priority is always your safety and so we have to do this bash responsibly.
As business owners of Curvy Ventures LLC and with the situation of Covid always being fluid and having to pivot constantly, we have decided to put safety protocols into place for your protection just as we did for Summer Bash, where it all ran smoothly. We know this is the right thing to do with a group of 250+ people and so many of you appreciated it!
Every basher and staff member MUST show us PROOF OF vaccination OR show us PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID TEST within 3 days of arrival to the hotel ( 3 days within whatever day you plan on arriving) at bash checkin- NO EXCEPTIONS
A regular testing site is fine as WE ARE NOT REQUIRING A RAPID TEST. A regular test site will have results within 3 days. Covid testing is FREE with and without insurance.
You can show us a picture from your phone when you arrive and register for bash as we are not keeping or collecting any of your info
We will be doing temperature checks at registration as well.
We have setup almost every single event *weather permitting* outdoors to keep fresh air flowing. We have 1 scheduled event in the ballroom which is the Costume Ball on Saturday night.
We will continue to monitor and follow all CDC guidelines.
