  • What is the name and address of the hotel?
    The hotel is Rodeway Inn & Suites, located at 2440 West State Road 84 Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312.
  • Can I book a hotel room on my own outside of the group booking link?
    No, you MUST use our hotel group booking link. If you book outside of our group booking link you will not be permitted at any of the bash events and no refund will be given.
  • ​How much is the Ft. Lauderdale Summer Bash Pass?
    ​The bash pass is $219. Price increases to $239 on January 15, 2025.
  • ​Are Bash Passes Refundable?
    ​​Bash passes are non-refundable.
  • ​Are bash passes transferable?
    ​Bash passes may be transferred to another person until February 7, 2025.
  • ​Does the bash fee include a hotel room?
    No, the hotel room is an additional cost. Cost of the room depends on the room type that you book. Rooms start at $149 plus tax per night.
  • When will the hotel charge me?
    First night will be charged on November 15, 2025 and is nonrefundable. Remaining balance will be charged on April 18, 2025.
  • If I live locally, do I have to stay at the hotel?
    If I live locally, do I have to stay at the hotel? Yes, it is a requirement to stay at the hotel to participate in the events.
  • Can I have non-bash visitors in my hotel room?
    No, they will be removed, and so will you. Security is strictly enforced.
  • Is there a minimum night stay at the hotel?
    Yes, a minimum of three nights are required.
  • Can I get the group hotel rate if I decide to come in a few days before the bash starts, or stay a few days after the bash ends?
    Yes, the hotel offers our group rate before and after our event dates. Make a vacation out of your stay!
  • Do the hotel rooms have microwaves and fridges?
    The rooms have a microwave and mini fridge.
  • Are meals included?
    Yes, the hotel includes a hot breakfast. Lunch is included on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Dinner is included Friday and Saturday.

    The closest airport to the hotel Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. Airport code is FLL.
  • Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport?
    Yes the hotel does offer a free shuttle to and from the airport.

  • Can I bring liquor to the pool parties?​
    Yes, however no glass is allowed at the pool. Please use a tumbler and make sure your drinks have a lid.

    We ensure that there are comfy seats for all sizes.

    Yes, if you’re not flying in, we encourage you to bring a chair for the pool area as this is a big event with a lot of people.

    Yes, the hotel has an elevator.
  • Does the hotel have an ice machine?
    Yes, the hotel has ice machines.
  • How many bash passes can I buy?
    You can buy one bash pass per person. Each person will need to be individually registered with their name.

    Yes, please check the event page on our website.
  • Can I request a poolside room on the first floor?
    No, room assignments will be given on availability at the time of check-in.
  • What is a roaming room party?
    Bash guests open up their hotel room doors and pass out drinks or snacks. Their rooms will be decorated with a theme, have music playing and some may even dress in theme. It’s a fun way to meet lots of people and see the creativity of your fellow bashers. It’s tons of fun!
  • Will there be security?
    Yes, with an event of this size, our priority is everyone’s safety. Curvy Ventures hires a professional security team for every event.
  • Can I request a specific room type or room number?
    That is not an option as it slows down the check-in process for everyone. As this is a hotel sell-out, the hotel management requires the room turnover process to be efficient.
  • What are the other hotel amenities?
    There is a fitness center, onsite restaurant and bar, outdoor pool, gift shop and laundry facility.
  • How far is the beach from the hotel?
    The hotel is located about 12-15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood Beach. The hotel will offer a shuttle at designated times for $20 per person roundtrip if you would like to enjoy a beach day.

In the event of a public health emergency, organizers will postpone the Curvy Ventures event to a future date and all tickets will be transferred to the new date. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. The purchase of a bash pass/event ticket acknowledges and affirms agreement with this policy.​
