CAN I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM ON MY OWN OUTSIDE OF THE GROUP BOOKING LINK?
No, you MUST use our hotel group booking link. If you book outside of our group booking link you will not be permitted at any of the bash events and no refund will be given.
HOW MUCH IS THE DAYTONA BEACH BASH PASS?
The bash pass is $239. Price increases to $269 on January 15, 2025.
ARE BASH PASSES REFUNDABLE?
Bash passes are non-refundable.
ARE BASH PASSES TRANSFERABLE?
Bash passes may be transferred to another person until February 7, 2025.
DOES BASH FEE INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM?
No, the hotel room is an additional cost. Cost of the room depends on the room type that you book. Rooms start at $229 plus tax per night.
WHEN WILL THE HOTEL CHARGE ME?
First night will be charged as soon as the reservation is made and is nonrefundable. Remaining balance will be charged on May 6, 2025.
WHAT IS THE HOTEL’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy? The first night is non-refundable. If you cancel ON or AFTER May 6, 2025.
IF I LIVE LOCALLY, DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL?
If I live locally, do I have to stay at the hotel? Yes, it is a requirement to stay at the hotel to participate in the events.
CAN I HAVE NON-BASH VISITORS IN MY HOTEL ROOM?
No, they will be removed, and so will you. Security is strictly enforced.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY AT THE HOTEL?
Is there a minimum night stay at the hotel? Yes, a minimum of three nights are required.
CAN I GET THE GROUP HOTEL RATE IF I DECIDE TO COME IN A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE BASH STARTS, OR STAY A FEW DAYS AFTER THE BASH ENDS?
Yes, the hotel offers our group rate before and after our event dates. Make a vacation out of your stay!
DO THE HOTEL ROOMS HAVE MICROWAVES AND FRIDGES?
The rooms have a small mini fridge. The rooms do not have a microwave.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED?
Lunch is included on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
DOES THE HOTEL INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
The hotel includes one breakfast buffet voucher per day. You can purchase additional breakfast vouchers for $20 per person per day through the hotel.
WHICH AIRPORT IS CLOSEST TO THE HOTEL?
The closest airport to the hotel is Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). This airport is about 10-15 minutes from the hotel, but you will most likely be on connecting flights flying into this airport. However, the most popular hotel to fly into is Orlando International Airport (MCO) and it’s about 45 minutes from the hotel.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
No, the hotel does not offer a shuttle to and from the airport.
HOW MUCH IS PARKING AT THE HOTEL?
Self parking has been discounted from $30 per day to $15 per day for our group in the parking garage across the street. Valet parking is $40 per day.
CAN I BRING LIQUOR TO THE POOL PARTIES?
During the two-day pool parties on Thursday and Saturday, outside liquor and tumblers are NOT permitted. However, we will be providing complimentary alcoholic beverages during those two daytime pool parties. The beach day you can BYOB. The evening pool parties please use a tumbler and be discreet. The ballroom party on Friday evening is a cash bar and no outside drinks allowed. Please no glass at the pool or beach. Strictly enforced.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE POOL TOWELS?
Does the hotel have pool towels? Yes, pool towels are located at the pool deck.
DO THE CHAIRS HAVE ARMS ON THEM?
We ensure that there are comfy seats for all sizes.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR IF I LIVE LOCALLY?
Yes, if you’re not flying in, we encourage you to bring a chair for the pool area as this is a big event with a lot of people.
CAN I BRING A COOLER TO THE POOL?
Coolers are prohibited by the pool.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
Yes, the hotel has elevators.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE AN ICE MACHINE?
Yes, the hotel has ice machines.
HOW MANY BASH PASSES CAN I BUY?
You can buy one bash pass per person. Each person will need to be individually registered with their name.

CAN I REQUEST A POOLSIDE ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR?
No, room assignments will be given on availability at the time of check-in.
ARE ALL THE PARTIES HELD AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, during the official bash weekend all parties and events are held right on hotel property. No need to rent a car or walk far at all.
WHAT IS A ROAMING ROOM PARTY?
Bash guests open up their hotel room doors and pass out drinks or snacks. Their rooms will be decorated with a theme, have music playing and some may even dress in theme. It’s a fun way to meet lots of people and see the creativity of your fellow bashers. It’s tons of fun!
WILL THERE BE SECURITY?
Yes, with an event of this size, our priority is everyone’s safety. Curvy Ventures hires a professional security team for every event.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ROOM TYPE OR ROOM NUMBER?
That is not an option as it slows down the check-in process for everyone. As this is a hotel tower sell-out, the hotel management requires the room turnover process to be efficient.
WHAT ARE THE OTHER HOTEL AMENITIES?
There is a fitness and recreation center, spa and multiple onsite restaurants and bars.
HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE HOTEL?
The hotel is located on the beach boardwalk, you will be steps away.

Curvy Ventures adheres to all Center for Disease Control and local government guidelines at the time of the event. In the event of a public health emergency, organizers will postpone the Curvy Ventures event to a future date and all tickets will be transferred to the new date. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. The purchase of a bash pass/event ticket acknowledges and affirms agreement with this policy.
